Working Hours:
Management Office 09.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday

Salary Policy:
The basis of our salary policy is the performance and qualification. The salary is adjusted twice a year; according to the performance and inflation rate at the beginning of the year and based on the inflation rate at the middle of the year. Wages are paid as gross 16 times a year.

Vacation:
Labor law is applied. Employees having worked for 1 year, are allowed to go vacation for 14 working days.

Health and Retirement Opportunities:
Koç Emekli and Koç Allianz Group Health Insurance opportunities exist. Moreover, Koç Emekli and Yardım Sandığı provide their members the opportunity of offering either joint amount of accumulated savings or a pension upon their retirement.

Cultural and Sports Activities:
We organize various cultural activities in respect of the demands and suggestions of the employees. Also we participate in the Sport Fest of the Koç Group in Soccer, Tennis and Volleyball fields.

The Internship Program

Internship Applications

The Internship Program provides hands-on, career-specific experience, working full-time during summer break - generally between June and September. An alternative Internship Program is on part-time basis during the school term – at least 3 full working days per week is also available. Preferred candidates will have completed at least their second year of an undergraduate program, or the first year of an MBA program
